AW TICKET TIME LIMIT module

Dynamic Ticket Time Limit represents basic functionality of the Revenue Integrity tool. Module’s purpose is to help airline companies to turn significant number of blocked segments (not sold and ticketed eventually) to a "profitable" segments - either by releasing the booking and freeing inventory space or by converting the booking into payable ticketed seat.

Our AW TTL module is able to check both PNRs and Tickets, and it will detect bad bookings and act immediately to correct the issues found based on rules that have been configured.

System can determine TTL based on numerous criteria, and some of the most commonly used are date of purchase, booking class, current capacity of cabin class on a desired flight and FQTV number for personalized response. This can be tweaked according to business needs and can include limitless number of rules either by specific flight or group of flights.

AW CHURN module

Churning represents multiple cancellations and re-bookings in order to avoid deadlines for TTL - issuing tickets set by the RES services. Our AW CHURN module can identify agents creating such problems. Multiple undo or re-provisioning on the same flight, in the same class, date, or route are detected, and pointed to the markets/routes most affected.

AW CHURN module is automated solution able to create statistically adjustable daily, weekly and monthly report.

AW DUPLICATE SEGMENT module

Tickets aren’t always re-issued to reflect the latest change in the passenger’s itinerary. Our AW DUPLICATE SEGMENT module can simplify your revenue integrity management through an easy-to-use and flexible user interface solution. It will enable cleaning of duplicates releasing seats back to inventory while there is still demand for them (especially for heavy loaded flights). This will minimize Airline’s cost toward GDS, caused by these duplicates.

Exceptions are also available according to industry standards.

All those actions lead to just one simple info communicated to host - TTL value.
